📧 Request Account Deletion
To delete your YATI account and all associated data, please send an email to our support team with the subject line:
"Account Deletion Request - YATI"
Send your request to: yati@niravadyagroup.com
📋 Required Information
Please include the following details in your email:
- Your registered email address
- Your username
- Reason for deletion (optional)
- Confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account
🗑️ Data Deleted
Once we process your request, the following data will be permanently removed:
- User profile and authentication data
- All traffic reports you submitted
- Your voting history on community reports
- Trust score and verification history
- Account preferences and settings
- All personal information associated with your account
This process is irreversible and permanent.
🕒 Processing Time
Account deletion requests are processed within 24-48 hours of receiving your email. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been completely removed from our systems.
